Made person ill and chef didn't even apologies. Its not fresh ladies and gentleman and you will recognise a distinct off taste in the chicken which will affect the stomach. I had complained to tbe chef about the chicken before and he said he would look into it. However that was as far as it went. The reality:
A chef that is in denial as is the owner after chicken consumed being off or consistently tasting like its old. Chicken tikka is the better bet as the old taste doesn't come through as much but still does unfortunetly. Despite making the chef aware he was in denial and made no apology for chicken that is forever tasting old or high at times or many times if you buy as much as I did.. It is with a heavy heart I provide this review.Despite telling the chef that they have a reputation for selling high chicken or off chicken or old chicken he went into clear denial. It was like something out of a Gordon Ramsey TV series episode. After quite a few years of experiencing the same I have to decline ordering meat from this establishment as I was quite shocked they were in denial, despite the fact they know me to be a loyal customer for some years. You know when chicken is old as it has that distinct taste including when its too old. Sauces can disguise the taste but not always. Its a shame because they do a good sauce. But its just not normal to ignore food health and safety when confronted with the same. I suggested they changed their supplier but that fell on deaf ears and then days ago another batch of old chicken served up which made the person experience stomach pains. As I say when I phoned the chef said it was fresh chicken and refused to acknowledge the obvious. As I say its a shame but one has to becareful what you eat as bacteria can have a long lasting effect. To be honest I really expected a different response from the chef. He probably doesn't eat the food he cooks or he would have a different view. I remain shocked and disappointed how they ignore a loyal customer for years who foolishly kept gambling on getting fresh chicken but most of the time could tell it was not that fresh because even the chicken tikka could not hide that distinctive old chicken taste. My hope is they change their ways after seeing this review. But based on my experience including conversations in their shop about the same they remain in denial and treat me as if I don't know what fresh chicken tasted like. At least I am not alone as others have told me I don't like the chicken there.

I love my Indian food so tried this place whilst on holiday with my family got to say will never go back the chicken curry we all had was tasteless chips like bullets had 2 cheese naans could not taste one bit of cheese would rather have beans on toast than go back there

Phoned up to order as the online system wasn’t working and which I informed the gent on the phone, then was told I couldn’t pay over the phone and to order on the app. Spent half an hour trying to order the food then it arrived was poor quality and meat was a mixture of over and under cooked. Food has leaked all in the Carrier bag on delivery.

Placed an order online whilst we were on holiday.
Had 2 wait 3 hours, paid for delivery and then we were told they couldn't deliver so had to collect it

Absolutely fantastic food never fails we always eat there once a week and travel down from Llanelli order online and they give you time slot and even get discount on the order food always hot will never use another take only here ❤️👍

well I have to say dissatisfied is a understatement on my food last night I ordered a chicken Tikka main meal for my wife and I ordered the mixed meat marsala and the daughter had I think was a balty which came to £32 . rang in and we were told to pick up in 25min but it took just under a hour which was fine because I just assumed ques etc got home my wife opened her Tikka and it was stone cold and I mean here fridge temperature cold ,I opened my marsala and it was just awfull it was like something that just should not be eaten and then don't get me started on my chips they were like burnt needles,and I don't even want to mention my daughters meal .I rang to say about the Tikka and fair play you respond straight away and delivered another but I have to say I will eat pretty much anything and it was awful the meat stank 😭 I took it off her and with the rest of the food we had had because why was the meat looking cooked but stone cold ? the reason why is it was obvious it was pre cooked and stored in a fridge and you heated it up which I am in a understanding that you aren't supposed to do with chicken. I then had to spend another £35 with another takeaway to try and rescue the night because I am into hospital on Mon for a nine hr opp so we were having a family meal before I go in so in total I spent nearly £70 to rescue a very emotional night I just can't get over how awful the food was I am truly shocked and extremely dissatisfied

3 times I have ordered for a delivery and the car breaks down or gets a flat tyre it's gone downhill in the last year

Very disappointed with the food from here tonight, everything was tasteless and bland, I don't know what the meat Rogan was it was awful, the sauce was almost black and the meat (if you could call it meat) was not edible!! Absolutely disgusting...

I love indian food and all ways have kababs from a indian takeaway I have had food from this takeaway today for the 1st time and I was very very disappointed with the food we eat a little bit of the food and the rest whent straight in the bin I felt sick

Very disappointed… tried here tonight and spent a lot of money to have all the different dishes .. we were very disappointed as the food was very very bland and tasted the same.. won’t be coming back here again ! Even the poppadoms were soft ! Shocking !

We were a party of 12 staying in Dyffryn House. We rung ahead to pre order and collected. I gave a complex order by ordering in families rather than going through the menu and keeping mains and sides together. The lady on the phone was fantastic and the whole order was there. Order was ready for collection within half an hour - lovely food and fantastic service.

Absolutely fantastic meal! We were staying at Tan y Lan farm at the coal house and the food was delivered hot and flavours fantastic. Slight hiccup with the order and when I called, they had already realised and were already on their way to rectify! I wish they were near to my house. They would be a regular takeaway!

Very disappointed ordered a main chicken tikka dish and a starter chicken tikka dish in our meal ,drove 9 miles down and back only to be given 2 chicken tikka starters and I paid 3 pounds 50 more for a main ,when I phoned them ,only to be cut off ,so we didn't have much tikka in our meal

Wow. This was one of our better choices. A well deserved 5 star rating. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 😊 this is the best food we ve had outside of India. My chicken chilli keba was bloody amazing 👏 and my fella had chicken delight and he was just as happy with his. I need the recipe for your chicken chilly kebab . Well done boys ! Would definitely recommend and would definitely eat here again . Two happy customers 😀

Order food from here all time time as im a fussing eater and dont like onions and sent me food with onions as i stated that i dont like them as i do all the time and have no problem. Today i phoned them and they called me a liar and that everything they have is made with onions and woildnt change my food or gave me refund. Were very rude on phonrv

Extremely disappointing meal. We ordered chicken tikka masala, keema naan and paratha and drove to collect it. It was ready for collection on time and stayed hot on the drive home. The tikka masala wasn’t unpleasant but was easily the strangest one I’ve ever had since it contained large chunks of onion, some chicken and a LOT of a very strange sauce. The best way I can describe it is as if a student wanted to make a tikka masala at home but all he had was a tin of tomato soup and some ketchup. As I said, it wasn’t unpleasant and was eaten - but it wasn’t a tikka masala. The keema naan was pretty much as it should be - well cooked, fluffy and had a few burnt edges. The paratha though was bland and leathery.

Had a takeaway for 2 delivered yesterday evening. We had chicken dhansak and specual garlic chicken tikka with pilau rice and a chapati. It was absolutely delicious and I sometimes feel very bloated after a takeaway but not the case with this. Highly recommend
